Rockefeller Brothers Fund approved the funding of the project "Promotion of Education for Sustainable Development through Professional Support to the Implementation of the Cross-Curricular Area: Sustainable Cities and Neighborhoods". The project aims to raise awareness of sustainable spatial planning in schools in Montenegro. Education on spatial planning, sustainable forms of transport and land use, will be implemented through a multi disciplinary lesson "Sustainable cities and towns" as part of school curricula.

Within the project Sustainable Cities in Educational System in Montenegro Expeditio purchased equipment for physical education classes for the primary school “Orjenski bataljon” in Bijela. The equipment, worth 850 euros, was purchased in agreement with the school administration and students, based on their expressed needs.
Within the project “Sustainable Cities in Educational System in Montenegro” EXPEDITIO translated the “Heroes for Change” comic into Montenegrin language. The “Heroes for Change” comic is part of the Global Goals for Sustainable Development campaign, launched by the United Nations on 25 September 2015.
EXPEDITIO is listed in the Program for professional training of teachers for the school year 2015/2016 Catalogue. The selection of training programs was established by the National Education Council Decision on the choice of programs for professional development for teachers for the school year 2015/2016, No.: 04-5-1360, from 15 July 2015. The program which is implemented by EXPEDITIO is named "Evaluation and spatial planning - sustainable cities and villages".

Workshop for primary school teachers from the area of the Boka Kotorska and Podgorica on sustainable cities and evaluation of space was held from April 17-18th 2015 in Tivat. This workshop was organized by EXPEDITIO in cooperation with Institute of Education of Montenegro.
