ACT4CITY - Independent cultural actors towards sustainable Balkan cities promotes sustainable city approach through joint educational, artistic and advocacy actions implemented by independent cultural actors. Project is jointly realized by Expeditio, Kotor, ME; Ministarstvo prostora, Belgrade, RS; City Creative Network - CCN, Skoplje, MK; Art radionica Lazareti, Dubrovnik, HR. The project ACT4CITY is funded by Balkan Arts and Culture Fund BAC. BAC is supported by the Swiss Government through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the European Cultural Foundation (EFC).

Below you can read the Theatre Play about Kotor Bulletin #2 which aims to acquaint the public with the process of working on a documentary theater performance "Theatre Play about Kotor". Bulletin also serves as a mean of entertainment and education of theater audience in order to intrigue, start, teach, lead citizens, potential participants and the audience in an unpretentious and unobtrusive but intriguing and effective way, as well as to initiate dialogue and participation.
In the article "Theatre as a Social Therapy", theatre director Petar Pejakovic, amongst other things, speaks about the preparation of the "Theatre Play about Kotor". This article is published in daily newspapers DAN in April 2016.
The workshop, held on 27 February 2016, was attended by 13 participants. They worked on preparing scenes focusing on the topic MONEY AND THE CITY, and talked about when they FELT SPECIAL/PROUD TO BE LIVING IN KOTOR.
