Expeditio has submitted a draft Local Programme for the Development of Culture in the Municipality of Herceg Novi to the municipal Department for Social Affairs and General Administration. The draft programme resulted from a several months long consultation process with various stakeholders, conducted in close cooperation with the mentioned department and cultural stakeholders from the territory of Herceg Novi.
