The Ministry for Spatial Planning and Environment and ATLAS TV from Podgorica, in cooperation with the NGO Expeditio, are preparing a series of 35 short TV programmes focusing on the topic “My Town-My Home”. Through producing a series of educational and affirmative programmes, the project aims at raising awareness among the citizens of Montenegro of the principles of sustainable development concerning living in towns. The first programme was broadcasted on Friday, 15th October 2010, at 16.30, on Atlas TV, within the show “Život je lijep/Life is Beautiful”. The first issue focused on the topic of usage of bicycles as means of transportation. The project is of open character, which means that the audience ideas aboout the topic “My Town-My Home” are welcome. All who are interested can send their ideas on the phone number 14 999 (the cost per call is 0.50 cents, including VAT). The messages should be sent with a notice: MOJ GRAD Vaš prijedlog
