InWEnt – Internationale Weiterbildung und Entwicklung (Capacity Building International, Germany) specializes in organizational development and institutional improvement in international cooperation, participates in professional and political structures with particular aims and tasks and undertakes to promote sustainable development all over the world. Through providing dialogue, training and consultancy services for specialists and executives, supports change processes with a view of boosting efficiency and effectiveness, and encourages reform processes to enhance democracy, prosperity and development. The aim of the seminar was to exchange experiences and knowledge of regional planning and development, as well as accompanying processes in the Southeastern European countries, together with gaining new knowledge of European directives and programmes in this field for all countries that aim at accessing the European Union. The concept of the seminar included presentations, workshops and visits to regional institution that are especially important for encouraging regional development.
Besides the representatives of Montenegro, the seminar was attended by professionals from state and non-governmental sectors and GTZ’s offices from the following countries: Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Albania and Serbia.
EXPEDITIO is a non-governmental organization whose mission is to encourage sustainable spatial development in Montenegro and SEE region through activity in the fields of sustainable architecture, cultural heritage, urban planning and through projects that encourage overall development of the civil society. Expeditio was established in 1997.
