Focus Group held within the project ACT4CITY, Skopje 1/2/2016

In Skopje was held Focus Group, organized by CNN - City Creative Network, on Monday, February 2nd 2016. Focus Group on the theme Sustainable Cultural Practices in Skopje represent part of the activities planned within the ACT4CITY project. ACT4CITY is the project jointly implemeted by 4 regional partners: EXPEDITIO, Mikro Art, City Creative Network and Art Workshop Lazareti.

Participants of the event were representatives of the leading independent non-governmental organizations in Skopje while the main goal of the Focus Group was to present the project activities and its regional context through cooperation with partners from Kotor, Belgrade and Dubrovnik, as well as to start discussions on the issues and principles of sustainable urban development that this project promotes. In this sense was introduced Nautilus Konstruct as an international, collaborative and activist project of building an open stage as a new infrastructure in Skopje for promoting cultural sustainability in the city.

The idea behind the Focus Group was to gather on one table, some of the Skopje’s leading independent cultural actors, to encourage a discussion and reaction about Nautilus Konstruct and to get answers to the previously prepared questionnaire about their activities and position in link with sustainability of Skopje and sustainable urban developments in general.
