Balkan Express is a platform that connects people interested in collaboration in and with the Balkans involved in contemporary art and complementary socially engaged practices. Third Balkan Express meeting in this series of encounters related to the issue of sustainability is taking place close to Kotor, in Dobrota, Montenegro September (10-15, 2013). Local partner of the meeting was Expeditio.
