Yoga in the Park, June 2012

Within the project Promoting the Principles of Sustainable Development in Public Spaces of  Boka Kotorska, Expeditio - Centre for Sustainable Spatial Development is organizing “Yoga in the Park” events. The aim of this activity is to promote healthy lifestyles, as well as various possibilities for the use of public spaces in our towns. All citizens are welcome to take part in the events.

15-17 JUNE 2012 TOWN PARK – KOTOR
22-24 JUNE 2012 -  BIG TOWN PARK – TIVAT

Yoga activities will be practiced on each of the stated days, according to the following timetable:
09.00 - 10.00 hrs   Yoga
12.00 - 13.00 hrs   Yoga, breathing exercises
15.00 - 16.00 hrs   Yoga, meditation      
18.00 - 19.00 hrs   Yoga, breathing exercises, meditation
19.00 - 20.00 hrs   Lecture: Yoga for a healthy and happy life

All are welcome - children, young and older people, plum and thin, those working out regularly and those who do not, women and men ... REALLY ALL! You need to put on comfortable clothes and footwear. You should bring your exercise mat. The participation is free of charge.
