What do I need when culture is concerned?
Do all young people have equal opportunities to follow culture and engage in it? If "no", why? If "yes", why?
Do I/or any of my peers encounter any obstacles in fulfilling my/their cultural needs? If the obstacles exist, how they can be overcome?
We are looking forward to receiving the answers to all of these questions from you, young people who live in the Bay of Boka Kotorska. Why are we interested in the answers? First, because we respect your opinion. Second, because we believe that young people should be included in the creation of youth intended culture. And finally, because we believe that the inclusion of young people is important for the proper development of culture in the Bay of Boka Kotorska.
Expeditio is conducting a research aimed at identifying culture related needs of youth from the territory of the municipalities of Kotor, Tivat and Herceg Novi. The conclusions of the research will be incorporated in a "Platform for the development of cultural strategy of Boka Kotorska". The research is the main part of our project "Cultural Needs of Youth in Boka Kotorska" which is supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Media of Montenegro. The idea of the project is to make it possible for young people to give their concrete contribution to creating the "Platform for the development of cultural strategy of Boka Kotorska" and to express, loudly, in public, their opinion about what kinds of cultural expressions are close to them what kinds of culture they need.
