Yoga in the Park, 14-16. June 2013 in Njegošev park in Podgorica

During summer 2012, in Tivat and Kotor, within the project launched by Expeditio [Promotion of sustainable development in public areas Boka], for the first time we practiced yoga in the parks of Montenegro. The objective of this activity was to promote healthy lifestyles and opportunities for the use of public space in our cities. The event has sparked a lot of interest, so this activity is expanding to other cities of Montenegro.

Every day, according to the following schedule:
09.00 - 10.00 h Yoga
18.00 - 19.00 h Yoga, breathing, meditation
19.00 - 20.00 h Lecture: Yoga for a healthy and happy life
